(More customer reviews)I bought a new Motorola C261 Tracfone about 6 months ago and it worked well when I first got it. The standby time was about 2 weeks, just like they said on their website. As the months went by though, the charge began draining faster and faster from the battery, until about a week ago I came home from work and it was dead again, so I charged it to full and went to bed. When I woke up the next morning the battery was dead again - it didn't last 8 hours, and I didn't even use it. I ordered the same model battery from right here on Amazon and plugged it in and charged it up, that was yesterday. The stupid thing is dead, right now, as I am typing this review. I can't believe this, I bought this brand new and its already dying out just like the last one did.
I love the phone, and minutes with Tracfone are dirt cheap, but these crap batteries just really ruin a good thing.
