Flaws based on my experience: It is a portable charger that does not "travel" well.It cannot be used in 220v countries.
I too have a blackjack II, as well as a number of other devices, that will not charge on this unit.They require some USB connectivity that this charger does not provide, but this may be a common issue with these types of chargers.
