(More customer reviews)I've purchased this battery for Blackberry phone for $20 and it was defective. It didn't hold a charge for even 1 day with no usage. I've replaced the battery with another one at the store. That one was defective too with the same symptoms.
I went to Lenmar web site, filled out the warranty page and submitted it. Then I shipped the battery to the address, mentioned in the web site and paid $10 for shipping, which is 50% of total cost of the item. After that I've received an email from the Lenmar saying that I need to pay $7.50 for shipping the replacement battery back to me. That would make another 35% of the total cost of the battery price.
After contacting the Lenmar one more time their tech support told me they would test a new battery to make sure it works and ship it to me.
I've received a third battery and it wouldn't hold charge for a full day with no usage (I turned off wifi and bluetooth).
Than I bought another battery (not Lenmar) for $2.00 and it works just fine.
