The LARGE plug (similar to the sync plug) with a SHORT inflexible cord didn't reach my ear when plugged into the outlet.
Because it pulled on the cord the plug would come loose.
I went to the Sprint store and purchased one from them.
The plug is TINY (just the part that goes into the power supply) and stays put. The cord is long enough and stretches to reach my ear while plugged in.
IMO - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
