(More customer reviews)I had previously broken 8 over the ear headsets that often made my ear sore.Since replacing those with this (I didn't like the earlier style) I have no regrets.Calls come in clearly and it sits comfortably in my ear.The is the best one I've ever used and I've gone through quite a few high end BT headsets.The best thing is that there are so many ways to charge it and I can even use the USB charger that came with their Pulsar stereo headset.
