(More customer reviews)This adapter blew the fuse in my car's cigarette lighter the second I plugged in two items--a simple cell phone adapter and the XM radio plug. I bought the adapter specifically to avoid this problem, thinking that it had a built-in fuse that would have blown before the car's. I immediately tossed it in the garbage can and bought a better adapter at Radioshack, with which I've had no problems plugging in THREE different items at once.
