(More customer reviews)It's an "Accessory Power" branded charger, Model CH-USB-BLS1. The retractable plug makes it more compact than the Olympus BCS-1 charger. Seems to work fine with both power sources, and with Olympus and Promaster batteries. It comes with a two-pin "European travel adapter" rated for "6A, 125V, 250V" input, and a standard 12V car plug. The USB port is rated at DC 5V, 400mA and allows charging of compatible devices. The included USB drive works fine, too. I believe the same charger is available for a few dollars less without the USB drive.

Olympus BCS-1 charger output: DC 8.35V, 400mA
Accessory Power charger output: DC ~8.4V, 450mA
